The most I see if someone is "in open air" is them having the mask on but pulled down around their neck for ease of putting it on if they need to enter a cucked store. I live 3/4 a mile from the post office. I was in it just a few weeks ago not wearing a mask. One groid started to try and speak up to me and I just looked it in the eyes and said one word "no".
