I work in a place were masks are required when away from our work area, I am responsible for the supervision of around 20 employees. The way I handle it is like this..
If they have a mask around their chin/neck I don't say a damn thing to them.
If they are not in possession of a mask when they are away from their work area, I simply ask where their mask is or I remind them of the company policy with a smile on my face and regardless of their response, I continue on about my business. Most of the people that I work with know Covid is a hoax or otherwise BS, and we tend to exert as little enforcement/compliance as necessary.
The company that I work for was one of the last to require masks.
Not bad. Masks isn't the hill to die on.
My thoughts exactly. Some people understandably get very upset able this BS and I don't like it either. Its not worth getting into a confrontation over.
