I work in a place were masks are required when away from our work area, I am responsible for the supervision of around 20 employees. The way I handle it is like this.. If they have a mask around their chin/neck I don't say a damn thing to them. If they are not in possession of a mask when they are away from their work area, I simply ask where their mask is or I remind them of the company policy with a smile on my face and regardless of their response, I continue on about my business. Most of the people that I work with know Covid is a hoax or otherwise BS, and we tend to exert as little enforcement/compliance as necessary. The company that I work for was one of the last to require masks.
