Here in Western North Carolina perhaps. Already mostly white. Low population density. Good mindset among the locals.

Here in Clay County, there's only one black family. Only two traffic lights. Only one incorporated town, being the county seat with a population of 303. Many unincorporated scattered settlements. Lakes, streams and rivers aplenty. Pretty affordable.
