I'm cross-posting this post that I made on Voat a few months ago. I believe it's still relevant and useful.

We lost a lot of good image hosts over the past year. So I thought I'd make a list of those that are still standing.

General-Purpose File Hosts That Can Be Used As Image Hosts

I use and recommend pic8.co, even though it doesn't do user accounts yet. The redundancy is worth it.

Thanks for the options. I tried to post a catbox image yesterday and it didn't work, nor did the baked in image uploading options. I couldn't think of any other hosts at the time, so I was stuck until I was told to use pic8.

That's crazy to hear that the current internet is still centralized dependent on the backbone. Solution IPFS.
