Have you ever tried a really good multivitamin, especially full spectrum of B and multiple forms of magnesium? Repeat thoughts are commonly tied to deficiencies in those nutrients. A whole foods vitamin is important because sometimes you need cofactors for proper absorption. I'm too tied and can't recall what they need to do their jobs.
I have not. That's an interesting approach to address a psychological problem.
