Worse than that it is incentivized for niggers to continue pump out kids. They aren't working anyways and they get more welfare, food stamps, and absurd tax refunds for each additional kid. More responsible white people that don't have kids "until they are ready" only have 1 or 2 while shaniqua has 7 terrorizing wal-mart.
