Nope, women are born with vaginas. Women born without a vagina are abnormal or genetically defective, they are not the NORM. So it’s absolutely correct to say women are born with vaginas. That’s how they know it’s a girl infant at birth. If the infant has no vagina and no penis, then they have to find out what it is before declaring the gender.
