ALL is definitely a modifier, which OP should’ve used if that’s what we meant. The comment is so basic and unclear that you need to infer a lot... how you can waste your talents defending that mess is beyond me.
Oh I make generalisations, but I think they are weak when I make them too, and I consciously try not to use them. I use a lot of modifiers, especially when speaking in real life.. and i tend to identify my generalisations eg “this is a generalisation, but jews are the worst.”

If we assume that "most" is the default, the statement "most women are born with vaginas", is still correct.
We could say that ALL women are born with vaginas, but both are still correct.

Because anyone of reasonable mind would immediately be able to assume that it's a generalization and that it holds true - on average. Every fucking person would. And I think you know that.
Also, in rare cases it's possible for a woman to be born without their lower body or vagina.
