After being ejected into the void when Putt pulled the plug on Voat and becoming yet another nationless refugee I've been struggling to adapt to my new surroundings.

I am grateful to my hosts here at Poal. You guys have been welcoming, and even the content is not that bad. But there is something missing and I just can't put my finger on it. What it is isn't minor either, I feel my whole experience is diminished, but I just can't define what it is. I've also tried the other alternatives and they're even worse. The discord for example, it would seem people have already given up.

If anyone has felt this and managed to define it I'd be curious what you call it.

Jesus, it's like all you guys have never broken up with someone before.

Separation anxiety.

We're very stoic, determined, loyal, stubborn assholes.

Sure, and normally that's good, but Voat's dead.

So you can keep crying about it, or you can start hitting on her younger sister who has smaller boobs but a better ass.

A good ass is underrated, and small tits aren't all bad either.

It does sort of feel like that, yeah. Not quite, but almost. More like a divorce.
