I’m level 4, you’re at 1. each level gives you certain privileges, they were lower but they raised them when they heard Voat was closing down to prevent Qtards from spamming “all” and creating a ton of subs. Just make threads and posts and upvote anyone who isn’t red and you’ll move up.
