It was a public place. He was giving first aid to people who were injured, and was putting out fires and protecting businesses. The people who got shot were violent agitators who meant him harm. One had raped multiple children, one abused women. Both attacked him, and got what they deserved.
He had no business being there, in another state. I don't care about all your bullshit reasons for him being there. The fact remains he was in another state with a rifle he had no business carrying.
He has the right to free movement under the constitution, it's not far from where he lives, he worked there, he was invited. How many reasons do you need? Your point of view is so weak it is laughable.
Who deputized him to go keep order? Was he deputized? He had no authority to stop anyone from doing anything.
