Ruqqus appears already to be culling "guilds" and censoring. Sure, I don't like some of them either, but I loathe censorship far more. If I accept censorship of what I don't like, it won't be long before everything goes, for someone somewhere won't like something.
Ruqqus is pretty shitty, tbh. You can't paste links until you've got a very high number of points while links and comments that offend guild masters will get you kicked from a guild. Officially, the site won't ban you, but that's no different than getting banned from a Reddit sub.
I heard some bad things about ruqqus, though. But go and see for yourself.
