The reality is that every free-speech site is temporary: Voat didn't matter and it will happen to Poal too.
We are a like minded people who will find eachother again and again, because the norms want to live in the false consciousness prison created for them, and don't like when we point it out... it's easier that way. We however are a different animal and cannot cope living a lie, and so go on vying to illuminate the norms so we can one day return living amongst the common as ourselves. Will that ever happen? Who knows.
Oddly enough, I made this exact claim about a week and a half ago on Voat.

You have to become someone people have no choice but to look up to. That’s also a lonely road but it’s a better one, and it opens up those around you to redpilling.
Having friends that are at least partially redpilled helps too, just knowing that not everyone in your life is like that.
That’s one reason I like trump. He’s certainly kiked, but the Whites that support him are able to do so openly and are also fairly open to redpills to varying degrees depending on topic.

I’m a vocal anti-vaxxer (although I fully encourage pro-vaxxers to get as many vaccines and vaccine boosters as they can) and lately, more and more people in my fb friends list have been ‘liking’ my public anti-vax posts. I’ve even had people write to me privately for more info, or to tell me that they were sorry for not listening earlier.
I’m glad other people are also noticing this in their circles!
I’m more grateful, every day, that my family and extended family is red-pilled... not all to the same degree, but enough that it bands us together and makes it easier to withstand the normies, shills and trolls.

Voat was making a difference in the world. All other free speech sites are just echo chambers.
I'm afraid that you're right: this is an echo chamber, even moreso than on Voat. This is why it is also necessary to take the message from here to the outside.
It is advantageous for us to hone a cohesive message without subversive interference, but it doesn't matter if we only discuss that with our own.

I like Owen; he's got some interesting things to say. I suspect that Beartaria is his attempt to create a commune with himself at the top.
He explicitly over and over is trying to avoid the cult status shit. He doesn't want to fuck other women or starve people he just has some basic rules that make sense to me. To me he is trying to create a modern version of the Amish but you don't hide from technology and you are allowed to question the bible.
