Pretty nondescript for a store. A retail location won't have the bottom floor windows obscured like that.
But the power conditioners and backups for servers may involve lithium batteries. Most consumer UPS systems still use lead acid, but I wouldn't be surprised if lithium is being used in higher-end gear.

IIRC that's a datacenter for AT&T, and I think Nashville is a major traffic hub. Apparently the explosion did enough damage that service has been having issues from TN to NC all day.
