Putt did say he had an ''angel'' investor?? His site was bought and wouldn't surprise me if he had a 'do not interfere' clause and or his funding was to be expired atbhis time. He knows damn well the intel/community was a feeler for a number of agencies.

There was some post in the preview site about a month ago where some guy claimed Putt had a dozen different handles there and listed them. I think Putt responded without denying it. No idea if there was, but if he did have a “no interfere” clause in some kind of contract, (and I can’t imagine why) I’m sure that was a breach. But a month later it’s shut down.
