The 2 yellow cables go to an I/O port and the ground? How it works, pwm? Edit: are you using a commodore to connect to the Mumble server? Or this is a speaker for a pc?

Speakers and microphones are basically the same thing minus voltage and speakers are more susceptible to random noise in your environment due to the larger surface area picking up a wider angle of vibration.

Sorry, I don't know what you're hacking. This is a speaker-to-mic then?

Yeah, it is a pc speaker turned into a mic for poalcast. I was going to join using a shitty fire tablet that was gifted to me but the wifi in my bunker is spotty at best. So I compiled mumble with all the dependencies on my core2duo with 1 gig of ram and hacked a mic up, missed the mark by 20 or so minutes due to not being able to find shit and compilation errors.
