Actually, this one is at least half run by the CCP themselves. I think of it as a think tank for them to find ideas that may cause a disruption in the west. Very clever if you ask me.

The CCP could spend years and billions of dollars inserting operatives into intelligence agencies, intercepting messages, blackmailing politicians, just so they can figure out what the Jews are up to.
