I dont know, but potentially several k a month. I do know that I wouldn't like to pay that bill, especially after coding and maintaining the app. It could also be poor (or not optimised) web design. If a request needs to query a whole database instead of a smaller daily table, that could lead to inefficient server utilization which would add to costs. This is another reason that would make it hard to estimate.
