Was a graphic designer for many years, it is anathema to do white on black..
Stop yet bitchin and figure it out ya cunt. I found the setting and switched it to dark mode 5 minutes after getting here.

Same. I'm trying to fix this with a Chrome addon called Stylus. It's neat, but it's a lot of work for an old goat to fiddle with all this CSS.

Mine is black, not gray.
It is what it is, at least in my own perception. My monitor's like ten years old, so maybe the color's a bit washed out.
