It is what it is, at least in my own perception. My monitor's like ten years old, so maybe the color's a bit washed out.

Same... I had a game that was causing my CPU to halt. Thought it was Linux bugging out on me at first. Then I looked at the radiator and fan. No way air was getting through that blanket of dust and cat hair. The CPU was shutting down so it wouldn't overheat. Haven't had any trouble with it since the cleaning.
