Get your ass up and dressed for PT. For those who don't have any exercises planned: We're gonna start with a weak as piss warmup. 25 pushups, in two sets. 15, and 10 to start. And then we'll switch to burpees. Burpees till your out of breathe. Then jog, nice and easy 2 miles.
I prefer to just set my watch and keep jogging until the timer beeps. Lets you know how far you can go on foot at a steady clip. Exercise is important to blood pressure, because blood pressure will fuck up your accuracy if you're ever in a dynamic situation such as a riot and forced to defend yourself.
So get out there and start sweating.
