I personally prefer saying "should" instead of "if" whenever they're interchangeable.

E.g. "If you're interested, we can do X" vs "Should you be interested, we can do X"

"If" seems beta to me for some reason.

On the flip side, should can sound pretentious or condescending. Tone is important obviously. If can be beta in a sense but again tone.
