If you can’t sacrice stuffing your face, you will not sacrifice in battle. If you’re too lazy to even power walk, you’re too lazy to saddle up to come to the aid of other patriots in the shit.

That's one of the things that bothered me about my old church. I looked around at the congregation, at least half of them were overweight probably more like 2/3. And then I thought to myself, "I've been here for years, when was the last time I heard the pastor preach on gluttony, or even mention it in passing?" I kinda get the average American wrapped up in hedonistic (((TV))) culture is fat, but they ought to be at least a little better than average.
