People asked years ago for him to be transparent about prices so they could support themselves. They suggested he leave a progress bar each month of how much funding he needed to keep things running. I don't understand why he didn't do that.

Lots of talk about missing Bitcoin or the repeal of Section 230 (which states owners of sites are not liable for illegal things users post). But yeah, it sounds like Putt just got worn out. I'm not sure why he didn't give it to the Linux sub. They had been working hard on making improvements and always offered to try and get involved.

I hear Poal already banned Fatpeoplehate. Sounds like they aren't as free speech as Voat was. :/

Not nearly as many as you would think. The voat influx has caused a massive uptick. Before this, there were roughly 100 users who commented regularly.
