For the influenza virus that comes back every year and kills between 25 and 45 thousand people, every year, (well, except for this year which only had 6% of the normal deaths from the flu, Hmmm that's not suspicious) there has been a vaccine for years. You don't defeat viruses, or the regular flu would no longer be an annual event. I wouldn't recommend taking that china virus vaccine, well, unless you fully trust Gates and Fauci.

With COVID a vaccine can activate the immune system to attack the virus before it can reproduce enough to cause problems. This is how vaccines usually work. HIV attacks the immune system itself, preventing it from being activated by a vaccine.

Hiv doesn't attack your immune system though.

I mean technically anything can wear you down but hiv doesn't cause aids.
