Just saw a new commercial on TV. It is from Nestle's for a candy bar. I tried to find a link to it or info but was unable.

It shows a young lady who tells us her name is Fatima. She appears to be of Middle-Eastern descent and is wearing a full head-scarf. She is in a scout-type uniform and appears to be at a summer camp with both boys and girls in the background also in the same uniform. I didn't notice that it was specifically a U.S. "new, not boy, scout" uniform but I certainly got that impression.

I found it unsettling and question the intent the company is presenting to our children. I hope someone can link a copy of it and I would like to see others opinions of it.

At the cost of life on earth, apparently.

But then who will be the slaves to do the work they don't want to? Subjugation, not destruction, seems the more likely endgame.

Short sighted corporate profits seems to be the goal, who cares what the long term consequences are as long as we have a good quarter.

That's true, it could be just that short-sightedly narcissistic. May very well be personal enrichment (life is short) instead of global power concerns. A mixture of both does not bode well for everyone else.
