Just saw a new commercial on TV. It is from Nestle's for a candy bar. I tried to find a link to it or info but was unable.
It shows a young lady who tells us her name is Fatima. She appears to be of Middle-Eastern descent and is wearing a full head-scarf. She is in a scout-type uniform and appears to be at a summer camp with both boys and girls in the background also in the same uniform. I didn't notice that it was specifically a U.S. "new, not boy, scout" uniform but I certainly got that impression.
I found it unsettling and question the intent the company is presenting to our children. I hope someone can link a copy of it and I would like to see others opinions of it.
