Rather than arguing the definition of the spectrum subjectively, why don't you try defining it? I did.
Economic authoritarianism is what it means to be left, an entire economic class of busybody micromanagers. Legal indifference to the existence of business organizations is what it means to be right: no separate sets of rules for individuals and organizations.
Who's to your left? Why don't you think government should interfere in places where they think it should?
My personal opinions don't alter the original argument, which is based on global consensus on definitions that are different from yours, apparently
