What did he achieve aside from increasing health care costs and being at the helm when US forces caught up with Bin Laden? Seriously.
Bush, both, were horrible presidents. Hell, clinton was slightly better and the welfare bill he signed actually did good for our country but not much else he did was. Reagan was even a horrible president even though he's heralded as a saint by many conservatives. Carter was on track to accomplish some good things but both parties realized they made a huge mistake and got him out before he could.
