Bush, both, were horrible presidents. Hell, clinton was slightly better and the welfare bill he signed actually did good for our country but not much else he did was. Reagan was even a horrible president even though he's heralded as a saint by many conservatives. Carter was on track to accomplish some good things but both parties realized they made a huge mistake and got him out before he could.
