It's pretty easy, actually.
You need:
CashApp (a way to buy the Bitcoin)
Mycelium (a Bitcoin wallet, which gives you a place to transfer your Bitcoin to so it doesn't go directly from CashApp)
You buy the Bitcoin on CashApp and then send it to your wallet. Then you send that to Poal's Bitcoin address.
You do this on your phone. It is fairly easy to figure out and requires less tech savvy than many common tasks.
The Daily Stormer wrote a guide for this with a little more detail, plus some alternative options to what I described.

im computer dumb, but not dumb enough to use an app on a phone to do banking...
Then read the guide I gave you and figure out how to do it on a computer. It sounds like you're just making excuses.
The Cash App service is free for you, but they will need some revenue as well. The revenue can be earned through advertising. If you are in doubt, you can go through their security or privacy policy, which will explain the circumstances where information is shared. If you have objections to these, then the only option for you will be not to use the app.
