Not sure but I think they might be barred from using paypal, or would be barred due to pc correct crap ultimately so they skip it entirely

You need:
CashApp (a way to buy the Bitcoin)
Mycelium (a Bitcoin wallet, which gives you a place to transfer your Bitcoin to so it doesn't go directly from CashApp)
You buy the Bitcoin on CashApp and then send it to your wallet. Then you send that to Poal's Bitcoin address.
You do this on your phone. It is fairly easy to figure out and requires less tech savvy than many common tasks.
