Georgia’s early move to start easing stay-at-home restrictions nearly a month ago has done little to stem the state’s flood of unemployment claims — illustrating how hard it is to bring jobs back while consumers are still afraid to go outside.

huh...I wonder who made everyone afraid to go outside? 🤔

Someone tried to scold me today because I wasn't wearing a mask. The funny thing is I was in the store maybe 15 minutes start to finish and no one said a damn thing to me until the Karen monitoring the self checkout said something. He told me he'd get me one, I said don't bother as I was almost done. He retorted "they can't technically check me out" and I returned fire with "good thing this is self check-out and you aren't."

I had more ready to go after him if he continued. He's been working there since we moved here and started shopping there. At least 15 years working in a grocery store! I couldn't imagine that, talk about wanting to hide from challenges.
