Oh Hell No! Humans are too varied for effective drug testing. There are many drugs that are fine on some races but have side effects, sometimes dangerous side effects, on others. Differences in age, general health, hell even differences in weight can make a huge difference. Stick with rats, they're bred to be consistent.
