Never believe that kind of BS. World leaders don't just "die" at the age of 30 due to "health complications"

This is some of the easiest BS to detect. He just "had major heart surgery". Of course, everyone passes it off as though it's reasonable to believe a 30 y/o would just keel over from eating poorly. Dude, I know 40 y/o trashbags who have been popping prescription pills since they were literally 11, never exercise, never move, eat nothing but trash, have had multiple strokes, and still haven't managed to die. You're telling me a world leader, with access to better health care than most of the rest of the world, would just die at 30 from eating too many cheese burgers? Please..

Yeah but realize, those are lowly sheeps. They can't afford to pay off their bad health choices like a powerful person can.

A great example is Steve Jobs: homie should've died of cancers almost a decade earlier than he did, because he had the money to afford all the fetal blood he could farm.

Trust me, lord beetus is a hard working man, but he has more difficulty taking out those with massive resources.

Lord bettus always prevails, in the end. It's far from Kim's end, imo.

Yeah, but I think no one would have dared to tell him he was overweight. Especially when in Asia it's seen a prosperous and wealthy.
