While that looks similar, it seems the flowers are a different shape, the ones on my bushes are bell shaped, two petals and then a piece coming out from the middle. I want to surround my front lawn with them.
Several varieties. Take a cutting to the nursery for an exact match.

Well damn! Today I learned.... Broom has become a pest in the parts of the US where it was imported. I'm not sure they will sell it around here. I have been trying to figure out what to plant on some rough ground near the house but that may not be the right plant. I need to ask my nursery. The purple broom sounds like it might be attractive.
