I'm not sure how quickly it was removed, but no amount speed in removing bad content is enough if they are looking to take you down. The problem with a policy of banning things like this is some examples, like this one, are really easy to identify. Some are more grey area. Some might be deleted faster if the admins don't like you or impute some bad motive. But yeah, there needs to be a line somewhere, but I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that following the rules can save your ass.
