This is from a collection of publicly available information known as the "AntiPublic" releases that are shared via torrent.

This information was phished using fake forms and was conglomerated for the purposes of cyber security research.

Giant leaks like this allow the public and investigators learn how to make safer passwords and reveal lax cyber security at important institutions.

A lot can be gleaned from a simple list like this, where passwords like "stratfor" are suspicious, as it is a private intelligence firm. How many other private intelligence firms are inserted into the World Bank?

More lists coming. Maybe tonight.

Dumping passwords before more methodically ripping it is kind of dumb. I hope whoever is leaking this already backed up the emails.

Phone poster checking in. While I can understand the relevance of this, there's not much I can do about it.

Upvoted to level 2. You can make a sub now to keep these posts together so they're easy to find.

You(?) should've run the list through uniq to sort out duplicate entries.
