I finally got off Bank of America and switched to a local Credit Union.

I still have a Chase account for business.

With Coronachan in full effect I was on hold for 3 hours plus with Chase and never got through (it was at night, maybe why). Bank of America, about 45 minutes (to close the account, which they were actually good about). Credit Union, zero hold time.

I'm really impressed to just get right through over the phone with the Credit Union.

Not all credit unions are skittles and beer, so choose carefully. Some are just banks in all but name.
