I and my employer order a lot of electronic components. We've both noticed that shipments from China seem to be moving again, although some factories still seem to be shut down. The PCB fab house I use sent me a letter asking about new projects, and other parts have started to move again. This is in contrast to January/February (discounting the Lunar New Year) when nothing moved.

So. Did they get a handle on this thing or is it just their government going work work work we don't care if you're dying?

The USA's post office is China's little bitch. You can send a packet from China to the USA for about US$1. It costs me US$0.55 to send a letter across the county.

Ours is losing money as well, but only because congress forced them to pre-fund their pension plan because you know as well as I do that they would happily not even worry about that until it was time to pay.
