I use the term black when they are "behaving" (by their standards, i.e. listening to that cancer music, doing drugs, etc.) while I use the term nigger when they are shanking people, robbing stuff, and chimping out.

I say nigger every chance I get. It's a great tongue exercise. It only takes 3 tongue to say I love you. But it take 3256 tongue muscles to say nigger

I always say "Nigger", when people expect me to say "Black", and sometimes get ask to say "Negro" instead. Sometimes I even comply to this request, but then use "The Negro" as a plural.
