I've had Yorkies for years, but I never bred any. But typically you'll get 2 or 3. A big litter would be 4.
Every time one of my females gets huge near the end of a term, I think of the farm dog we had when I was a kid. 16 puppies. It would be a lot of trouble!
That's a huge litter. Yeah you don't get many Yorkies if you breed them, one of the reasons they're so expensive.
I had a gf who bred her Yorkie. One pup came out weird and damaged, couldn't find a home for it, so she kept it. He was a weirdo, head would shake randomly, and generally just retarded. She had a friend watch him for a couple days, and he ran away first time she opened the door. We never did find the little guy
