Other people agitate you to bring friction to test you. It's just a measure of you versus nature. You gotta find Christ in yourself. Seek truth and the carnal within you will be as useful as your brain. You can control both levers and turn your frustration into the ultimate utility, which is love for yourself and for the ones that stirred the emotions in the first place.
