The Outlet Challenge encourages ~~mentally retarded~~ people to create a short circuit at an electrical outlet by plugging in something partially, and then sticking some conductive material (coin, needle) in the gap.

This challenge thankfully does not work with European or British outlets due to their safer design.

As far as I know (never used it), it is a mix of Vine, Musical.ly, Snapchat and Webcam Roulette.

Ok, no wonder I have no clue what it is...I don't use any of those things and have only heard of 2 of them. Sounds like another attempt to make people even more dumb, simplistic and retarded.
