Spot on!!!! Facts:

  1. The death rate for this virus is LESS than 5%. Influenza probably has the same or a higher death rate.
  2. Victims so far have been old (69 and 80+ from two cases I saw) AND also had medical conditions before the virus.
  3. Pandemics are rare because deadly diseases burn themselves out. Modern medicine such as soap also drastically reduce the probability.
  4. Because of nr. 3 diseases will even evolve over time to be LESS harmful.
