We broke broke up maybe a month and a half before Christmas, but we were still living together, intending to ride the lease out until it was up.
Everything was going well, we weren't together but we were hanging out and cooking each other dinner, it was definitely very amicable, until New Years Day.
I thought we had an unspoken rule, that although we were both single, because we were living together, neither of us would bring another person home.
Regardless, News year's eve I slept at someone else's house, and came back new years day to find another man taking a really nasty shit in my bathroom. Things did not progress well from there.
Everything is alright now, I'm just incredibly happy and lucky that I was able to extract myself from the situation so quickly.
