Came back to see if you posted anything else and caught your response to notherefor. I do hate hearing and seeing this happen and it's only going to get worse as California and New York's richest and, usually, the most depraved flee the cesspools that they helped foster. I'm in the Midwest and I've noticed an uptick in recent years of NY migrants. It won't take much to get a lot of the swing states swung over and permanently to the left.
Good luck to you. I've also been eyeballing moving up towards that way at some point. Now I know of at least a couple areas to avoid unless I can find a way to help change things back around.
