To both ends, consider that the book of Revelations is really about the awareness of this fact (and not referring to an event). The Apocalypse (means unveiling) is about your perception of the moral decay around you when you get red-pilled. The collapse is inevitable, as without stress the mind, body and psyche remains "unhardened." One can seize the situation by becoming the unwavering stress to others around them. This, in a way, is the white knight. If enough white knights are available and strong, if an opportunity comes it's possible one of them can kick the can down the road a little further.
