As they have their fingers in most every pie, I'd doubt they left this one untouched, but the libtards and leftists are also to blame. I'd guess that from the time a potential enemy is known to be after nukes, to the time that enemy acquires nukes, the factor that delays the proper response most are the libtard/leftist delaying tactics within government.

There may be subtle differences, but them differences are slight. The NeoCons are basically expat democrats that migrated (infiltrated?) into the Republican Party because their democrat party was not quite conservative enough for them. They were the moderates and conservatives of the democrat party, but now they are the liberals of the Republicans, and like all liberals, are intent on takeover.
