Rod Rosenstein knew about Seth Rich breaking into the DNC servers and published it to Wikileaks. He was the one who gave the order to kill Seth Rich. The whistleblower, Johnheretohelp produced two interviews where he explains the murder, background, and suspects in the Seth Rich case in great detail, including knowing that Seth also took a second batch of data with raw intel of the Clintons among others (((Epstein))) which Wikileaks was supposed to get later on.
There is an interview where John explains in great detail of his career in the military, law enforcement, and his contacts with high level CIA who work with Islamic terror groups such as ISIL/ISIS in particular to carry out operations in Europe and here in the United States. He also explains the murder of Anthony Bourdain in great detail as well.
